I’ve never liked foundation. It was always super thick and cakey and for years tinted moisturizer always works better for my skin.

But a year ago, I experienced the “late 20s hormone blitzkrieg” (apparently this is normal). I sampled Dior, Mac, and a few other foundations to “conceal” the damage, but found that Cantecaille’s Future Skin was the best of the best.

Warning: it’s very pricey, but it lasts forever, is incredibly hydrating, lasts all day, and it makes your skin look flawless. It’s a little too heavy for me now, but I will go back to it if my skin goes to crap again (knock on wood).
